How will my order ship?

This website allows for shipping via FedEx®. If you require any other method, please contact our customer service at info@salumitoscano.com

We ship all orders within Insulated Corrugated Boxes.

When will my order ship?

We ship all orders typically within 3 to 5 days regardless of shipping method selected.

Transit time is not included in the lead times stated above because transit times vary.

If you need an order to ship by, or arrive by, an specific date we urge you to type in special instructions in the space provided during check out. We’ll do our best to exceed your request or attempt to reach you and advise the best we can do.

Can I track my order online?

You can obtain the status of your current orders on the “Order History” under ” My Account ” page.

If you find a tracking number then you know your order has shipped and you can use this number to lookup tracking information via https://www.fedex.com/en-us

What do I do if a package arrives damaged?

Please contact us at info@salumitoscano.com and our customer care team will assist in obtaining all the information regarding your order so that it can either be refunded or replaced.

How do I know Salumi Toscano received my order?

When you check out and place your order you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes.
