I find that the Casalinga Long Sausage is as good or better than the home made I used to make. I get the taste and quality without the work and the worry that they may go bad. I thin sliced one and used it in my lasagna (I guess is a Calabrese thing) and it was a hit. I told my sisters and a friend and they all ordered it.
I tried some from other companies in Toronto and found these to be more authentic.

This Casalinga Long Sausage reminds me of the classic Italian flavour that have looking for but was not abler to find in Toronto…Reminds me of the sausage my parents use to make many years ago.
Excellent.
